Wiki Loves Philippines

Promoting the country’s natural and built heritage since 2018

The PhilWiki Community has annually organized Wiki Loves Earth Philippines, the local Wiki Loves Earth campaign, earning the country a distinction as the only country in the Asia-Pacific region to have organized the competitions for seven consecutive years. The competition is part of the international annual photography competition which aims to promote natural heritage sites around the World through Wikimedia projects.  Through the annual photography competition, we have over 7,000 images uploaded under Creative Commons licenses

Its sister competition, Wiki Loves Monuments, is dedicated to documenting the built heritage in the country.
