Cultural advocate Badette Roco and college lecturer Leah Sumalinog have been elected board members of PhilWiki Community. They joined architect Ian Kenneth Orasa, and high school teachers Maffeth Sto. Tomas and Marife Altabano who have been reelected for another term.
PhilWiki Community maintains a gender diverse board with Maffeth Sto. Tomas, its first female president, now serving her second term as the organization’s head. The new board reappointed Orasa as board chair, Altabano as treasurer, and Joseph Ciudadano as internal auditor with Roco as the new secretary.
The new set of board of trustees were chosen by the members during the annual meeting of member held at Starmark Cafe last March 16, 2024.
